BLACKBERRY PULP

Benefits: blackberry is a fruit rich in fiber, it reduces cholesterol, promotes the regulation of glucose in the blood.

Uses: preparation of smoothies, ice cream, water hail, juices in water or milk, cocktails, jams, sauces, desserts, typical drinks of the region, among others.

Preparation of juices or granils: mix 100 g of fruit pulp, 250 ml of water or milk, ice and sugar to taste in the blender.
