Ingredients
- 2 Mango pulps 250gr
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Combine mango pulp, evaporated milk, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour into an ice cream maker; freezes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
