Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 Mango pulps 250gr
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Combine mango pulp, evaporated milk, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a large bowl.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker; freezes according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
